By Water and By Blood

"This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood." [1 John 5:6]

Water symbolizes the word — the imaginal act, the assumption of the wish fulfilled. Blood symbolizes the life force — the feeling, the emotional reality that gives the word its power.

You must have both. An imaginal act without feeling is water without blood — it lacks the life force necessary for manifestation.

Feeling without a clear imaginal act is blood without water — it has power but no direction.

When you combine a vivid imaginal scene with the genuine feeling of its reality, you have the two witnesses in agreement, and the law must fulfill your assumption.
